His legislation, the Notice to Airmen Improvement Act, improves aviation safety by requiring clearer safety notifications to pilots, and passed out of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee with bipartisan support.

The Preserving America's Infrastructure Dollars (PAID) Act would require states to conduct a Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) on infrastructure projects that use more than $30 million in federal funds.
