Congressman Pete Stauber, R-Duluth, attended and spoke at a ceremony Wednesday, Aug. 21, celebrating the Project Labor Agreement signed between Twin Metals Mining and the Iron Range Building and Construction Trades Council, which will guarantee Minnesota’s workers will be hired to construct the mine and other facilities.
